Before reserving a classroom, please familiarize yourself with the library's Space Use and Reservation policy. The library's instruction classrooms 117 and 118 are used primarily for library instruction sessions, and therefore, are not available for regularly scheduled classes through the Registrar's Office.

  • For semester-long classes, digital classroom WHH 324 is scheduled through the Registrar's Office. To reserve the space for an event, please contact Jill Cornelio in Library Administration.

    Location: Level 3, William H. Hannon Library

    Occupancy: 35 chairs

    Reservations: Minimum 5 business days in advance

    Technology:

    • 1 instructor computer
    • 1 projector and 5 television screens
    • 1 document camera
    • Laptop connections
    • BluRay/DVD/VHS
    • Echo360 Classroom Capture (by advance request) to record class sessions
    • Phone for on-campus communication

    Restrictions:

    • No reservations accepted during the first 2 weeks of the semester and finals week.
    • LMU faculty or staff must be present during the event.
    • No food or drinks allowed.

  • Library Instruction Room WHH 117 is for library instruction and other library events. Please see the library's Space Use and Reservation policy for restrictions on classroom use. To request a reservation for non-library instruction use of the classroom, please use Mazevo. To request instruction, please complete the Library Instruction Request Form.

    Occupancy: 24 chairs

    Technology:

    • 1 instructor computer (runs Mac OS and Windows Virtual Desktop)
    • 2 projectors which project to screens on different walls
    • BluRay/DVD/Apple TV capability
    • Echo360 Classroom Capture (by advance request) to record class sessions
    • Phone for on-campus communication
    • No document camera is available in this space.
